Application Support Engineer

Application Support Engineer Working Pattern: Office based with occasional travel Our client is looking for an Application Support Engineer to join their internal technology team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support for key business applications, working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party software providers to resolve issues, coordinate system updates and contribute to ongoing improvements. Responsibilities Provide support for a range of business-critical applications. Investigate and resolve application-related issues. Coordinate software updates, patches and deployments with third-party suppliers. Support system upgrades, testing and new feature releases. Assist with user acceptance testing and maintain system documentation. Monitor application performance and help maintain data quality. Work with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and identify system improvements. Contribute to application and business systems projects. Requirements Previous experience in an Application Support, Systems Support or similar role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
