Provide technical support for core line of business applications, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed timescales.Monitor application health, data processing, and integrations to ensure service continuity.Investigate recurring issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and support procedures.Collaborate with internal and external teams on release cycles, testing, and validating system updates.About You

Previous experience in an application support or technical support role.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.A consultative approach with the ability to simplify technical issues for non-technical audiences.Desirable

2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.Knowledge of the professional services sector.Relevant qualifications or progression towards IT certifications.Salary and Benefits

Salary:

GBP27,000 - GBP35,000
