Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer to join our client, providing maintenance, fault-finding, and repair services across a portfolio of commercial sites in Central London. You will be responsible for ensuring systems operate efficiently, safely, and in line with industry regulations.Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, chillers, cold rooms, and associated plant.Diagnose and repair breakdowns efficiently, minimising system downtime.Provide technical support and advice to clients and colleagues.Ensure compliance with F-Gas and health and safety requirements.Maintain accurate service records and complete job sheets using company systems.Participate in the on-call rota (1 weekend in 3) and attend emergency callouts when required.Work both independently and as part of a team, covering a variety of client sites across Central London.Key Requirements

Proven experience in air conditioning and refrigeration service/maintenance.NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent).F-Gas Category 1 certification.Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.Full UK driving licence.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.About Marble Talent
