As a Media Performance Marketing Executive, you''ll play a crucial role in our content studio. You''ll focus on optimizing and amplifying our media campaigns via our specialist genai media platform to achieve outstanding client outcomes. Your strategic insight and analytical prowess will help us fine-tune our approaches to media performance.What you will be doing:Strategy:

Support to execute data-driven media strategies to enhance content performance

Support to align media performance marketing strategy with overarching Wella Company client media strategy objectivesSupport to define and propose target audience groups, platforms, and recommended optimal budget/spend for all Wella Company portfolio sub-brands

Market research:

Remain abreast of category and platform trends - insight/innovation analysis and reportingMedia activation:

Facilitate and manage Genai media tool (Creative X) connections to ‘paid media ad accounts’, full integration/set-up: content API, reporting APIContent analysis:

End-to-end content analysis before ‘go-live’, during ‘live’, and post ‘go-live’Media management: Manage and oversee all connected media platforms, ensuring proper integration with Creative X platform/analytics toolsPerformance:

Establish key performance metrics and analyze media campaign results to identify opportunities for optimizationPerformance prediction:

Analyze and report on historical data performance predictions for proposed content/new variantsPerformance optimisation:

Provide insights on best-performing content formats and enhancementsFollowing client alignment/approval, manage the process to re-brief Genai pilot content studio to optimise creative/contentClient engagement:

Regular client engagement, meetings, and weekly status updatesClient reporting:

Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insightsAdditionally, you will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and stay informed about sustainability issues.What you need to be great in this role:Relevant diploma or degree in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or related field2-4 years experience in media planning and performance marketing, preferably within a media or agency settingGenai experience and passion for innovation to lead new approaches in media and performance marketingStrong analytical skills to interpret data and translate into actionable insights and narrativesExcellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamworkProficiency in digital marketing tools, Genai platforms, and a deep interest in technologyYou prioritize environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic viability in your daily workReq ID: 13390#LI-KA1 #LI-midsenior #LI-OnsiteOur values:Be
