We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to take growth to the next level. You’ll directly own and scale our largest channel, Meta, and shape the strategy across all paid social. You’ll review current practices, bring fresh ideas, and establish foundations to scale smarter. You’ll work closely with creative, product and data teams to drive profitable subscriber growth, unlock new channels, and keep our performance marketing ahead of the curve.Own and execute Meta campaigns end-to-end, maximizing ROI while meeting CAC targetsOversee global paid social campaigns and guide analysis of CVR shifts or auction/platform dynamicsSupport global expansion of paid social campaigns into local languagesMonitor dashboards daily to diagnose shifts from CVR changes or auction dynamicsLead incrementality and measurement roadmaps for testing, validation and scalingCollaborate with Creative Lead to forecast and prioritise asset production and ensure sufficient deliverablesRefine the creative testing process on Meta to improve win and scale ratesMentor the Paid Social Manager and help shape broader performance marketing goalsRequirements
What You’ll Bring To The Team5+ years in performance marketing with expert knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok)Experience managing 7-figure monthly budgets for profitable growthStrong analytical skills with KPIs such as ROAS, CAC/LTVExperience with AppsFlyer or another MMP; solid understanding of SKAN, MMP and SRN attribution modelsProven ability to lead and inspire teams with mentorshipExcellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insightsBonus Points

Salary and BenefitsSalary: £60,000 - £75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus participation in Strava’s long-term incentive programs.
