Overview

Lead on all post-sales aspects for our range of livestock intelligence equipment (monitoring, milking, reading and weighing)Completion and review of site surveys for monitoring equipmentCoordination and approval of installationsIn person onboarding of new users of the equipmentCoordination of post-sales issues to ensure an efficient resolution and positive experience for the customerMaintain Salesforce CRM with work orders and customer interactionsRegular contact with colleagues in the local regional team (sales and veterinary)Skills / Qualifications
