The Airbus Global Graduate Programme is a two-year development journey designed to cultivate your professional skills, leadership potential, and technical abilities in a personalized path with rotations and a development week each year.What You Will Be Doing

Be on a development pathway to grow into the role of Energy/Water Manager and contribute to the development and oversight of Energy/Water strategies.Contribute to efficiency projects, analyze data, and learn about regulatory compliance and new technologies.Support projects to identify and implement energy/water saving action plans, including surveys and data analysis.Gain experience with digitalization tools for data management, including metering, Building Management Systems, and Energy/Water Management software.You will develop knowledge in defining and applying energy management strategies, understanding global/local energy markets, and learning about relevant energy codes, standards, and regulations. The programme includes a minimum of one rotational placement (potentially within the UK Energy and Sustainability team) focusing on CO2, energy, water projects, data analysis, and reporting. By the end of the two years, you are supported to take on the Energy/Water Manager position.What We Are Looking For

A degree level or equivalent in Engineering, Energy/Water Management, Environmental Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field with a focus on sustainability and data analysis.Competent user of spreadsheets, graphs, statistics, and data analytics.Strong verbal and written communication in English.A collaborative mindset and drive to innovate.Self-awareness and a proactive approach to your own development.STATEMENT:
