You will follow a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Energy/Water Manager and can expect to be involved in the following:Support the development and oversight of Energy/Water strategies, contribute to efficiency projects, analyze data, and learn about regulatory compliance and new technologies.Support projects to identify and implement energy/water saving action plans, including surveys and data analysis.Gain experience with digitalization tools for data management, including metering, Building Management Systems, and Energy/Water Management software.Develop knowledge in defining and applying energy management strategies, understanding global/local energy markets, and learning about relevant energy codes, standards, and regulations.Have a minimum of one rotational placement to support growth into the position.A potential rotation within the UK Energy and Sustainability team focusing on CO2/Energy/Water projects, data analysis and reporting.Develop into the position of Energy/Water Manager during the two-year development programme.What we are looking for
To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:A degree level or equivalent within Engineering, Energy/Water Management, Environmental Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field with a focus on sustainability and data analysis.Competent user of spreadsheets, graphs, statistics, and data analytics.Strong verbal and written communication in English.A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.The ability to be self-aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.Security clearance: This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.Please note, you may apply only once to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme.Process and eligibility
