As our client base expands and our team grows, we are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager. In this role, you will take charge of the agency''s daily operations: managing team assignments, ensuring we have the resources to take on new clients, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting the team in delivering their best work. You will collaborate closely with Andrew, our CEO, making key decisions that influence the agency''s growth. This is a hands-on position in a developing business environment.
