Position: Transport Administrator (Temp-Perm)
Location: Basildon, SS15 6RZ (Office-based, no remote work available)
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per year
Hours: 05:00 - 13:30 (with 1 hour for lunch)


We are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to join our fast-paced transport team. This is a temp-perm position, and you'll be responsible for supporting the smooth running of our daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting driver briefings (huddle sessions)
• Managing transport documentation and ensuring accuracy
• Handling driver inquiries and problem-solving on the spot
• Coordinating with carriers for effective operations
• Responding to internal inquiries regarding transport
• General transport administration tasks

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in multi-drop transport is essential
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
