We''re looking for a Care Compliance Administrator to join our client''s team on a fully remote basis. This is an ASAP start, initially a 6-month fixed-term contract with a potential to be extended as the business grows, offering a salary of 30,000. You''ll play a key role in supporting the lifecycle of all Care vacancies, ensuring seamless recruitment and compliance processes. What Does the Role Entail?Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for the Care division, ensuring every stage meets compliance standards. From collaborating with hiring managers on job descriptions to securing board-level approvals and posting roles on social media, and job boards, you''ll be responsible for attracting top talent. You''ll manage applications through the process, conducting telephone screenings, arrange interviews, and handle offers. Compliance is at the heart of this role, requiring meticulous document management in line with GDPR. Additionally, you''ll work alongside marketing and HR to maintain and enhance the employer brand.
