We are looking for an experienced financial services Administrator to join our client s growing team, providing full admin support to the Advisers in their business. Based in Reigate Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week Hybrid (once fully trained) £25,000 - £26,000 salary (DOE) + bonus Benefits: Private Medical Insurance 28 days holiday + bank holidays £150 towards new glasses Employer 5% Pension Contribution 4 x Death in Service Scheme Job Description: Provide high level technical and admin support to the Advisers Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication Ensure that files are complete with all required client documentation Assist advisers and clients with their applications Write accurate and professional suitability letters Book client appointments Maintain accurate computer records and always follow the company s compliance process Help to progress clients applications by liaising with third parties Update information and creating tasks as required on the CRM system Send out trust forms, assisting clients with completing them, checking forms are correct when returned and if not liaising with the client correct errors Sending trust forms to third parties and documenting the process on the CRM system Person Specification: Previous experience in a support role within financial services industry is essential Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation (desirable) Experience of client management systems Excellent ..... full job details .....
