In this role, you will make a meaningful impact by improving the lives of tenants and prospective tenants. This position offers a competitive pay rate of 17.66 per hour (PAYE).Main Purpose of the Support Coordinator:Support Tenants with tenancy needs, housing services, and referrals.Inspect and maintain communal areas in Sheltered Housing.Resolve complex Tenant issues.Handle payments for Guest Room and TV licenses.Oversee repairs and coordinate handy person services.Promote social activities and manage communal spaces.Minimize vacant home revenue loss through effective viewings and monitoring.Assist new Tenants with resettlement and orientation.The ideal candidate will have:Knowledge of Health and Safety in Sheltered Housing.Experience with risk assessments and management.Awareness of equality issues.Strong organizational skills and urgency in action.Basic literacy and numeracy for instructions and forms.Significant experience working with older people.Initiative to work independently.About us:For almost 60 years, Pertemps Recruitment Partnership have been the market leader ..... full job details .....
