You’ll work closely with the wider finance and operational teams at both hotels to support smooth billing processes and deliver a best-in-class guest and client experience.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue invoices for group bookings, events, and corporate clientsMonitor and manage aged debt reports for both hotels, ensuring timely collectionsReconcile payments received via BACS, card, and other platformsFollow up on outstanding balances and resolve billing discrepancies professionallyBuild strong relationships with internal departments and external clientsAssist with month-end closing processes and audit requirementsMaintain accurate documentation and adhere to financial controls and complianceAt Sea Containers London we are committed to giving our employees the skills and support required to deliver extraordinary experiences, and most importantly, to grow in their careers.
