Accounts Receivable Clerk

Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a central London based, luxury Retail brand on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role based in Mayfair with the expectations of 4 days a week in office with flexible hours, in a sociable team.The role: Accounts Receivable Clerk | Mayfair | £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (plus bonus and benefits)Responsibilities

Generating customer invoices for 2 entitiesDaily collection activities and maintenance of the sales ledger/sPoint of contact for all internal and external billing queriesReconciling the Shopify accountsSetting up of new customers on to the accounting platformMaintain daily cash flowMaintain Fixed Asset registersThe Ideal Candidate Will Have

Prior experience in a similar all-round Accounts Assistant or Finance Officer role, ideally within a product-based or consumer goods environmentWorking knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP) and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)Exceptional communication skills, with confidence liaising across departments and internationallyA proactive mindset and strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStudying towards AAT, ACCA or CIMA (desirable but not essential)Benefits / In return
