About:

Key Responsibilities:

* Ownership of end-to-end accounts receivable responsibilities for the E-Commerce and Boutique stores business areas for accounts receivable.* Perform monthly and annual closing activities to ensure all receivables are accurate including monthly reconciliation of receivables balance sheet ledger accounts and annual write-off of aged balances.* Preparation of schedules and reconciliations for the year end statutory audit.* General receivables responsibilities including daily sales reconciliation, daily bank reconciliation, monitoring and follow up of customer balances (credit notes, gift cards and deposits), monitoring and follow up of store settlement differences.

Requirements:

* Experience of accounts receivable processes within a medium to large organisation.* Demonstrated ability to adapt and implement efficiencies within accounts receivable.* Strong excel skills including knowledge of excel formulas to manipulate large data sets and complete and present analysis.* Ideally has a background in double entry accounting and understanding of accounting principles.* Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.* Proficient user of SAP: knowledge of Cegid beneficial but not essential.

Offering:

* Salary up to £60,000 basic, depending on experience.* Lunch and Travel in addition to basic salary.* Excellent benefits.* 16 month Fixed Term contract
