OverviewA leading Asset manager is looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Associate to join its London office. You''ll play a key role in supporting the Global Accounting team and working closely with trading and operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Process and match invoices
Resolve billing issues
Manage expenses through Concur
Handle supplier records and wire payments
Perform journal entries, complex allocations, multi-currency reconciliations
Support ad hoc reporting
Qualifications
Degree-educated or AAT qualified
At least 5 years’ AP experience gained in financial services or trading
Confident working across multiple entities and currencies
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
