Our care technology services provide peace of mind to you, your family, and your friends.About the roleAs the Accounts Payable Administrator for Medequip Connect, you will be responsible for invoice processing, communicating with suppliers, working with Procurement to highlight pricing discrepancies, contacting depots for confirmation of goods received as well as supporting month end closure activities.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Checking and entering Supplier Invoices on multiple systemsAnswering Supplier Queries via email and phoneEntering Supplier Credit Notes on SAGEDealing with Price Queries and other issues with in other internal departmentsChasing Missing Invoices with suppliersBulk Invoice Uploads daily (excel)Improvement projects impacting the Accounts Payable processMonth End Closing and various reports (GRNI Reports)Covering Accounts.
