Your new companyCentral based Cheltenham firmYour new roleIn this role you work as part of a management accounts team supporting international clients.Job DescriptionYou will assist senior team members in delivering finance functions for a portfolio of international clients. Responsibilities include:Payroll administrationAccounts payable processing and paymentsManagement of client fundsEmployee expense reimbursementsPreparation of management accountsVAT and other indirect tax supportInternational HR coordinationKey tasks involve:Posting invoices and expense claims into accounting systemsRaising payments from client bank accountsReviewing payroll and services completed by overseas officesSetting up bookkeeping in systems such as Xero, and configuring beneficiaries in banking platformsAssisting with monthly management accounts in dual currenciesSupporting compliance queries related to statutory accounts and year-end reportingAttending client calls and documenting actionsLiaising with UK and overseas offices to follow up on servicesResponding to client queries and escalating issues to supervisorsPerforming administrative duties and handling ad hoc queries with initiativeEnsuring all work is delivered to agreed deadlinesWhat you''ll need to succeedDesire to pursue an accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/AAT)Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesExcellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quicklyWillingness to share knowledge ..... full job details .....
