For over 25 years, weve designed iconic uniforms for world-class hospitality brands including Claridges, Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton, Nobu, and Raffles.
In this client-facing role, youll drive new business, grow long-term partnerships, and represent our brand to high-end clients globally. Youll work closely with the Head of Commercial and internal teams in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for high-end clients, managing their journey from initial consultation through to final delivery and aftercareOversee order processing, client fittings, and ensure timely deliveries across both UK and international marketsCollaborate with internal teams (Design, Production, Operations) to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience at every stage
Account Management and Commercial Strategy
Work alongside the Head of Commercial to define SMART goals and implement sales strategies that drive business growthBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)Uphold exceptional service standards across your client portfolio, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and added value
Project Execution
Lead the coordination and execution of international uniform installations, press events, sample presentations, and client photo shootsManage the full lifecycle of client projectsfrom quotes and purchase orders to final delivery and post-project analysis (including SWOT reviews)Monitor logistics, shipments, and production timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
What You Need To Succeed
3+ years of experience in luxury fashion, hospitality, or a related client-facing industry.A self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude and a high level of professionalism.Exceptional communication and project management skills you know how to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.Detail-obsessed with a sharp eye for design and brand storytelling.Comfortable navigating fast-paced, ever-changing environments you thrive under pressure.Confident presenting to high-profile clients and pitching creative concepts.Able to travel internationally and work flexibly to meet client needs and attend events
