Role: 3rd Line IT Support Engineer Location: Witney (4 days) Henley (1) Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 ?Profile A growing organisation based in Witney are looking to add a 3rd Line IT Systems Support Engineer to their team. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a 3rd Line IT Engineer line role and have strong communication skills. Having experience of working on a variety of projects will be a massive plus for this position. It is essential that you have a driving license for this position as occasionally you will need to also support their Henley office 1 day a week. Key Responsibilities To be an effective point of contact for Internal IT, resolving issues, escalating internally, or referring to 3rd parties as appropriateExperience with Cloud environment such as Microsoft Cloud and AzureExcellent interpersonal skills and verbal communication needed for this support positionInstalling and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scannersLiaise with senior IT team members to escalate any issues or reoccurring problems or concerns within the IT areasTo contribute to the development and implementation of IT plans to enable it to support the growth of the business, whilst improving the efficiency and effectiveness of hardware, software, and systemsIdentify areas where improvements can be made in the IT service, and suggest enhancements to the joint Head of IT Technical Skills Active DirectoryMicrosoft Office 365 support and ..... full job details .....
