About Our Graduate Programme

At BakerHicks we offer a dynamic two-year Graduate scheme - an exceptional launchpad for your career as a future Chartered Project Control / Planning Engineer.

Our program uniquely combines technical expertise with professional development through two enriching learning journeys. You''ll dive into hands-on experiences alongside our industry-leading teams, equipping you with the essential skills and knowledge to thrive in your engineering career.

From day one, you''ll benefit from a personalised on-the-job training plan tailored to the infrastructure department. This approach will not only allow you to apply your technical knowledge in real-world settings but also provide ongoing support from experienced professionals.

You’ll actively contribute to a variety of projects, gaining invaluable experience every step of the way. We are also committed to enhancing your essential soft skills, ensuring you develop a well-rounded skill set that complements your technical abilities with effective communication, collaboration, and leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging with stakeholders to communicate project expectations and deliverables.Assist in project planning and development while supporting project coordination and management.Handling administrative duties including invoice preparation, cost estimates, and meeting scheduling.

Achieving a degree in technical discipline such as Architecture, Civil/Structural, Electrical or instrumentation.

Our commitment is to develop, train, and retain our graduates for the long term.
