About Our Graduate Programme
We offer a dynamic two-year Graduate Programme - an exceptional launchpad for your career as a future BIM Information Manager. The program combines technical expertise with professional development through two enriching learning journeys. You''ll dive into hands-on experiences alongside our industry-leading teams, equipping you with the essential skills and knowledge to thrive in your engineering career. From day one, you''ll benefit from a personalised on-the-job training plan tailored to the BIM department, providing ongoing support from experienced professionals. You’ll actively contribute to a variety of projects, gaining invaluable experience every step of the way and developing essential soft skills in communication, collaboration and leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
Ensure all projects meet BIM delivery requirements in accordance with industry best practices and company standards.
Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams, foster teamwork among project members, conduct project reviews to assess constructability, perform clash detection reviews, and validate asset data.
Attend BIM kick-off meetings and regular project BIM workshops/coordination meetings; help highlight issues and collaborate to agree solutions.
Set up and review BIM documentation; use software such as Solibri for data checking and Autodesk tools for model federation, constructability reviews and clash detection.

Minimum Requirements
Achieving a degree in a relevant BIM, Design or Engineering subject such as Architectural Technology or Civil Engineering.
