1st Line Support Engineer Location: South London - 5 Days in the Office (Must have a car and licence) Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 + Benefits My client, a well-established and growing organisation based in South London, is looking to add a 1st Line Support Engineer to its IT team. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their IT career who has a solid foundation in IT support, whether that''s through a 1st Line position, Service Desk role, IT apprenticeship or commercial IT support experience. You''ll be someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and is keen to continue learning and developing your technical knowledge. Role: Providing 1st Line IT support to internal users via telephone, email and face-to-face. Logging, managing and resolving IT support tickets.
