They will offer full training for the successful candidate.This 1st line Support Engineer role will suit someone who is passionate about IT, who is tech savvy, enthusiastic and willing to learn. The role will start with IT admin and then you will be eased into more of a 1st line support role where you are speaking to clients helping resolve their IT issues.Key Responsibilities of the 1st Line IT Support Engineer include:Providing 1st Line technical support to clients via telephone, email and face to faceLogging all service ticketsResponding to technical issues in a timely manner and escalating where necessaryPrioritising and managing your own workload to ensure Service Level Agreements are metProviding strong customer service to all clients as well as building good working relationships with customersSetting up laptops, PCs and mobile phones as well as user accounts.Key Requirements of the 1st Line IT Support Engineer will include:A passion for IT and technologyExperience working within an IT Helpdesk environment would be beneficial, ideally 1 years'' experience but not essentialStrong communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsA willingness to learn and proactive attitudeStrong work ethicExcellent problem-solving skills and able to troubleshoot and resolve issuesTeam playerAbility to work under pressure and to ..... full job details .....
