The Role - 1:1 Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a KS2 pupil with ASD, providing tailored support to help them access learning and develop confidence. You will collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to follow individual support plans, encourage positive behaviour and develop the pupil''s independence and social skills. The ideal candidate will be caring, patient and proactive, with a real passion for supporting children with complex needs. Prior experience supporting children with SEN in a primary setting is essential.
