The school is looking for someone who can build positive relationships with students and contribute towards a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a short-term basis with an ASAP start. The successful Teaching Assistant will support secondary-aged students with SEMH needs in the classroom, working alongside teaching staff to encourage engagement, manage behaviour and provide additional support where required.The successful Teaching Assistant will have:• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting• Experience supporting young people with SEMH needs• Experience within a secondary school is desirable• Strong behaviour management and communication skills• A patient and resilient approach• The ability to build positive relationships with studentsIn return for the above you can expect to receive:• A dedicated team of consultants available ..... full job details .....
