They are looking for a National Sales Manager to help grow the brand in the UK. This is a remote / Field Based role, and you must be happy to spend around half of your time on the road, visiting clients. It is probably best for the person to be based somewhere in the Midlands, but that is not essential, as long as you are happy to travel.
