Role: Executive AssistantLocation: LondonDuration: 6 MonthsHybrid: 3 days in the office We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join the Public Policy and ESG team by supporting a Senior Executive who is responsible for International Government Affairs and ESG policy International. This role will provide a lot of exposure to senior executives inside and outside the Organisation. It will involve a mix of tasks which are not solely confined to diary management or travel organization. The candidate will support the teams in the organization of key events to which senior executives and policy makers participate. The candidate will become familiar with how policy makers are approached including the EU and UK and international highest officials. Main responsibilities include:Diary management, including organising internal/external meetings and conference calls Admin assistance for all expenses and admin needs to support the Brussels, London, Paris and Milan office.Develop knowledge of managers'' contacts in the public policy space internally and externally (politicians and regulators in Europe)Admin associated with team changes and on-boarding.Integrate with the broader ESG, Capital Deployment and Communication and Marketing teams and activities.Provide ad hoc support for the organization of key events (e.g. World Economic Forum or other Public Policy /Marketing activities)Booking and making all necessary arrangements for business travelThe Team:The team consist of 3 SVP, 3 ..... full job details .....
