One of Reading s leading AV businesses, who have been going since 1999 and continue to hold their outstanding reputation. They are a small tightknit team, with longstanding employees and they are now looking to add to this with an experience AV Senior BDM. Job Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities across various sectors, focusing on AV and IT solutions. Engage with key decision-makers, including IT Directors, Facilities Managers, and contractors, to understand their needs and propose tailored AV solutions. Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring that they are positioned as the preferred supplier for all AV-related needs. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement account-specific campaigns and initiatives. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance there visibility and brand presence. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the AV s product and service offerings. Work closely with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet client needs and align with there capabilities.
