Must have experience of working within a Call/Contact Centre or the Recruitment/Sales sector.Must be comfortable with (and ideally have) experience of online and group-based training delivery.Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.Must be flexible with travel.Duties:To deliver accredited pre-employment qualifications in Contact Centre up Levels 1 and 2, to learners on a remote basis with occasional classroom based delivery.Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.Embed Maths, English and ICT skills in to your delivery.
