This newly developed building is set to open at the end of 2024, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring its smooth operation and ongoing maintenance.Role Overview:As the Technical Building Manager, you will lead the team and manage all aspects of the building''s day-to-day operations and maintenance. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a focus on delivering high-quality service to building occupiers.
