There is a further 19,000 square feet of commercial space across multiple units that will help activate the streetscape, as well as direct frontage onto 17 acres of beautiful tree-lined park. The PositionWe are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Building Manager to head up the on site Build-to-Rent team and assume responsibility for delivering the overall operating strategy.The role is based full-time within the development, with overall operational accountability for the building and its staff. Critical components of the role include building the Neptune Wharf BTR brand and community, supporting leasing activities during peak periods, and identifying opportunities to maximise net operating income.The Building Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:Daily site inspections to ensure all external and internal communal areas are presented both to the highest standard and in compliance with internal policy and HandS/regulatory guidelines.
