Job Title: UKI Internal Communications Manager, People and Change Duration; 12 months maternity cover Location: Leeds 2 days per week with occasional travel to London and Dublin Rate: Competitive This is a highly visible role that will work across the UKI division to support the delivery of the people agenda with a creative approach to communication and engagement. Primarily, we''re a ''UKI-first'' communications team focusing our efforts to building an engaging and consistent strategic narrative for all UKI colleagues, no matter their brand, function or location. We want to show our people the benefits of being part of a wider division, whilst spotlighting and celebrating our local successes and brands. As part of your role, you''ll partner with our People and Change leadership team to deliver both local function communications and events (to the UKI People Team) as well as business-wide communications to keep colleagues up to date with our strategic initiatives, policies and people offerings. This dual-lens approach will require great stakeholder management, with an acute awareness of balancing the needs of the function''s leadership and priorities whilst championing the opportunities that we have as a wider divisional comms team.
