Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Internal Communications Manager to help shape and deliver their internal communications strategy. This is a 12 month maternity cover contract to start in November, a hybrid role requiring 2 days a week in the Central Swindon office. In the role of Internal Communications Manager, you ll be responsible for: Working closely with the Head of HR to drive the development and execution of an internal communication strategy to communicate purpose, values, and business priorities effectively. Working with stakeholders to implement communication plans and initiatives, enhancing organisation-wide understanding of ongoing projects. Managing the internal communications request process, ensuring timely and engaging content creation for various internal channels. Supporting crisis communications as well as virtual and in-person events, fostering a connected and informed workplace. Encouraging employee engagement by integrating feedback into communications strategy and supporting Employee Voice activities.
