Senior HR Advisor - London - Hybrid - £45,000 - £50,000 A hugely successful multinational environmental charity based in Central London is seeking a detail-oriented, focused, and personable Senior HR Advisor to assist with developing and supporting key policies, processes, and recruitment on a 15 month FTC. Please note - Hybrid working is offered - 2 days per week in the office and 3 days at home. This is a 15 month FTC so candidates should be available to interview immediately and begin a role within the next 4 weeks. Reporting to the Deputy HR Director and working in a small and dedicated team, you will work to deliver and oversee high-quality, proactive advice, services and support to key HR policies and processes, including: diversity and inclusion, recruitment, induction, people and performance management, intern and volunteer management, and PDRs. You will support and enable strong people management practices across the organization and remote and improve HR services for the benefit of the organization. This role would suit a confident, resilient HR Advisor or HR Business Partner that enjoys building great working relationships.
