This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital communications expert to help make sure that every seriously ill child and their family gets high quality children''s palliative and end of life care, when and where they need it. You will play a key role as, together, we provide direct support to children and families, unite services and professionals and campaign to change the system. As our Digital Communications Manager, you will: manage a programme to audit, develop and refresh our digital communications channels so that they meet the needs of our audiences with the best possible user experience and accessibility work closely with stakeholders in managing this programme, overseeing budgets, issues and risks; internally, this will include chairing our cross-organisational Digital Communications Operations Group; externally, this will include managing our relationships with the agencies that provide our platforms conduct user needs and user acceptance testing for new developments to our digital communications channels, including our website manage our internal process for planning our day-to-day digital communications, making sure we schedule and publish a balanced and compelling array of content across our channels be our in-house expert on digital communications, ..... full job details .....
