Support site/production/maintenance departments in optimising their efficiency by ensuring critical equipment and people''s performance, reliability, and safety. The primary purpose of the Mechanical Supervisor is to safely execute planned and corrective maintenance and site equipment to maintain safe operations, reliability and reduce downtime. You will be required to diagnose Mechanical faults / downtime on a range of equipment associated with production and site services, carry out improvements and project work (working with the Project engineer), and act as a strong business partner for the local management team, with a focus on leadership and quality operations. There is a reporting link between the department and management teams, so consent communication is followed throughout the site via MX system and shift report updates. Develop a positive relationship with the production Team and staff in production.
