Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Handle new enquiries and manage existing client relationships, ensuring long-term success and repeat business. Business Development: Proactively seek and secure new business through email outreach, and face-to-face meetings at trade shows and networking events. Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with B2B clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their needs. Sector Expertise: Identify and target potential clients within your designated industry sector, continually expanding your client base. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Merchandising and Distribution to ensure smooth order fulfilment and adherence to KPIs.
