In this role, you will assist the Service Manager in nurturing and inspiring staff to ensure top-notch support services. This position also offers excellent opportunities for career progression, allowing you to develop your knowledge and skills.Key Responsibilities: Support the Service Manager in maintaining high standards of clinical and personal support.Promote independence and choice for the people supported in the service.Manage and ensure the delivery of the service s quality and safety priorities.Directly supervise and line manage a team of Support Workers.Promote and lead good practice, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of the people supported.Perform on-call shifts during out-of-office hours.Work 20% of weekly hours on shift across assigned services.Maintain continual feedback to the Service Manager focusing on quality and continuous improvement.Hold delegated responsibility in key areas of the day-to-day running of the supported living service.
