Role Overview: The Talent Set is thrilled to be working with a health charity as they search for a Research Communications Manager to support them for a 12-month FTC. As the Research Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the charity''s reputation as a leader in research. You will effectively communicate research findings to both internal and external audiences, maximising the impact of our research programs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement research communications strategy. Collaborate with researchers to identify communication opportunities. Translate complex research into accessible content for various audiences. Create engaging content for publications, website, social media, and other channels. Manage research centre visits and external stakeholder engagement. Contribute to charity''s annual organisational impact report. Ensure effective communication between research teams and other departments. Person Specification: Experience in science or health communications. Excellent writing and communication skills. Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging content. Strong relationship-building skills. Organisational and time management skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
