We are looking for a standalone HR Manager to join our team, bringing their knowledge, experience and "can do" approach to our organisation.This is a permanent, full-time role (Monday-Friday) with hours of 8:30am - 5:30pm. Our offices are based close to Brentwood station and within walking distance of Brentwood high street. The chosen candidate will be responsible for professional standards and will ensure that Athona attracts the best talent for open vacancies. With support from the HR Assistant, you will be the go-to person for all employees, which will include:Dealing with HR queries throughout the businessProviding ongoing HR advice and support to all employeesManaging the full recruitment cycle from attraction to inductionEmployee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancyMonitor and review HR policies and processes in line with employment regulations, implementing changes where necessaryThe HR Manager will report directly to the Group Finance and Operations Director.Requirements:Previous ..... full job details .....
