Ensuring that the Southeast have developed a HR strategy plan. Ensuring that the HR strategy includes manpower, recruitment, employee relations, remuneration and training/ development plans in line with SUEZ RandR Strategy Ensuring that each team member has the necessary skills, resources and objectives to deliver the business needs. Ensuring that the iTrent and LMS System is fully utilized by self and team as laid down in HR Policies and Procedures.
