We are currently seeking a Compliance Manager with an electrical background to join a growing London-based Housing Association. Responsibilities: The Compliance Manager will be responsible for the management of electrical contractors. You will be part of a team of managers overseeing the big 6 compliance streams for the organisations portfolio or properties. Prepare reports for Executives and Board members. Work with contractors and consultant partners, colleagues and residents to ensure that customer involvement and resident satisfaction is at the core of the decision-making process and delivery of services. Requirements: Prior experience working in a similar role within a social housing provider or local authority. In depth knowledge of regulatory standards and responsibilities. Excellent communication skills, able to liaise between contractors, consultancies, residents and other stakeholders.
