They are looking for a Compliance Manager to be a key contact and advisor for the firm. The Compliance Manager role: This person will be responsible for ensuring the firm''s risk management and compliance meets with all necessary standards and regulations. Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Promote and support the embedding of a culture of compliance. Provide coaching to members of the wider team.Point of contact for the onboarding team to deal with queries and provide solutions.Provide technical advice on compliance issues, including but not limited to anti money laundering, client due diligence, GDPR, conflicts of interest etc.Conducting compliance risk assessment training workshops.Conducting internal reviews and audits.Advising internal management and partners on the implementation of compliance programs.Manage external compliance partners.Developing risk management strategies and creating regular reports.Following up on compliance issues that require investigation.Evaluating compliance systems and ensuring adequate systems are in place.
