FM Maintenance and Compliance Manager Salary Range: £54,048 - £68,241 Fixed Term 18-month contract Full Time - 36 hours per week Location: Wandsworth Town Hall and Civic Centre, Twickenham The FM Hard Services Team in Facilities Management for Richmond and Wandsworth Councils Better Partnership Services is recruiting a FM Maintenance and Compliance Manager. The team is responsible for the maintenance of the council''s essential infrastructure including the Town halls, libraries, leisure centres, hostels, day centres and other operational properties. You will ensure that these properties are adequately maintained, are safe and comfortable for both employees and service users and by doing this you will ensure that the councils can continue to deliver key and essential services to the residents of the Boroughs. You will work alongside a wider FM team that delivers both hard and soft services throughout the councils operational properties. This is a 18 month fixed term contract. About The Role: Leadership and Management: You will lead a team of over 25 staff including maintenance, compliance and premises management staff, mentoring, guiding and managing a team of technical and non- technical staff.
