Firstly, manage the diaries of the Chief Executive and Head of Diamond 2 including arranging meetings, travel, accommodation and expenses. Secondly, supporting our office and operations function, being the main contact with our office and service providers. Key responsibilitiesWork directly with the CEO and Head of Diamond 2 to support all aspects of their daily work routine.Diary management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements. Prioritising appointments and organising meeting rooms/online invites and or making external reservations. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.Advise of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.Serve as a liaison between the CEO, Head of Diamond 2, Finance functions, colleagues, stakeholders and the public.
