Business Development Manager Location: Halifax Salary: 23,000.00- 28,000.00 per year + Uncapped Commission Main Duties and Responsibilities: Proactively call new business opportunities and build relationships with new and existing customers. Manage inbound sales opportunities, providing quotes through a job management system. Secure sales with clients through relationship building and follow-ups. Maintain and develop customer relationships via outbound calls and emails. Use CRM systems to manage leads and customers effectively. Achieve KPIs and sales targets set by management. Organize workload and contribute to team-based discussions and strategies. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Previous experience in telesales is essential. Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills. Passion for sales with a high level of motivation. Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals. Excellent organizational skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
