The Recpool Group Ltd are currently advertising on behalf of our client in the recruitment of experienced telephone based Business Development Managers to promote and sell their products and services to the recruitment sector and contractors across the UK. Our client is an innovative and forward thinking Liverpool based company who are now looking to take applications from experienced Business Development Managers with a view to learn and sell their services nationally across a range of sectors within the recruitment industry. Whilst engagement with existing clients will be required, the main purpose of the role is to develop and attract new business, keep abreast of changing market legislation, provide effective communication within the market sector and to support business growth through the group''s strategy for a strong and sustainable future. The role: Selling solutions and services to recruitment agencies and contractors within the public and private sectors Account managing existing recruitment agency clients to generate further business, continuously striving to maximise potential business opportunity wherever possible Prospecting new agency clients through outbound telephone activity, including some cold calling Establishing working relationships with new Agency clients and being responsible for proposing and agreeing business terms Attending ad hoc client visits to secure new business and agency agreements Working in a fun, sales-driven, targeted environment ..... full job details .....
