Assessment Development Manager - EPA Home based, with some travel required within the UK and London HQ The Organisation Our client is a membership organisation. They are now looking for an Assessment Development Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role As the Assessment Development Manager for End Point Assessment (EPA), you will oversee the entire lifecycle of assessment processes for apprenticeships. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards whilst leading the development and delivery of robust, valid, and reliable assessments within sector. You will ensure that all assessments authentically reflect the intended learning outcomes, are reliably administered, and adhere to regulatory requirements. You will maintain and implement a comprehensive Assessment Delivery Strategy for EPA, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and reliability of assessments.
